摘要
“双碳”目标背景下发展低碳农业具有重要意义。基于2011—2020年中国31个省份的面板数据,运用熵权法分别测算了省际层面的数字经济和农业低碳发展水平,构建基准回归模型和中介效应模型探讨了数字经济对农业低碳发展的影响和作用机制。研究结果表明,数字经济显著促进农业低碳发展,该结论在考虑稳健性和内生性之后依然成立;机制检验结果表明,数字经济通过提高人力资本投入水平而促进农业低碳发展,而技术创新的中介效应则不显著。因此,应当加快数字经济与农业产业深度融合,提高农户农业低碳生产和消费意识,加大农村人力资本投入,促进农业低碳发展。
Developing low-carbon agriculture plays an important role against the background of the“dual carbon”goal.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020,the paper used entropy weight method to measure the level of digital economy and agricultural low-carbon development at provincial level,constructed base regression model and intermediate effect model to evaluate the effect and explore mechanisms that digital economy affect the low-carbon development of agriculture.The result shows that digital economy can significantly promote low-carbon development of agriculture,a conclusion that holds true after considering robustness and endogeneity.The mechanism test found that digital economy can promote low-carbon development of agriculture by increasing the level of human capital investment,while the mediating effect of technological innovation is not significant.Therefore,this paper proposed to accelerate the deep integration of digital economy and agricultural industry,increase the awareness of farmers’low-carbon agricultural production and consumption,increase investment in rural human capital,promote low-carbon development of agriculture.
