“守正创新”理念下郑州市职业教育研究——以郑州市“市域大教研”为例

摘要 协同共治是新时期职业教育守正创新的必然选择,开放性、跨界性、融合性是职业教育的显著特征,校企合作、产教融合是职业教育的本质要求。职业教育的高质量发展,离不开政府、行业、企业、学校的协同发展和深度融合,构建政企校三方联动的教研共同体,培育“开放、合作、传承、创新”的教研文化,彰显“立足传统而不滞于传统,依托经验而不止于经验,守正创新,与时俱进,兼收并蓄,协同共进”的文化特质,是新时期郑州市“市域大教研”的使命与担当。 Cooperative governance is the inevitable choice for the innovation of vocational education in the new era.Openness,cross-border and integration are the significant characteristics of vocational education,and school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education are the essential requirements of vocational education.The high-quality development of vocational education is inseparable from the positive interaction and deep integration of government,school and social enterprise,the construction of a tripartite teaching and research community of government,enterprise and school,the cultivation of the teaching and research culture of“openness,cooperation,inheritance and innovation”,and the cultural characteristics of“based on tradition but not stagnant in tradition,relying on experience but not stuck in experience,adhering to tradition and innovation,advancing with the times,embracing and cooperating together”.It is the mission and responsibility of“urban university teaching and research”in Zhengzhou City in the new period.
