Cooperative governance is the inevitable choice for the innovation of vocational education in the new era.Openness,cross-border and integration are the significant characteristics of vocational education,and school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education are the essential requirements of vocational education.The high-quality development of vocational education is inseparable from the positive interaction and deep integration of government,school and social enterprise,the construction of a tripartite teaching and research community of government,enterprise and school,the cultivation of the teaching and research culture of“openness,cooperation,inheritance and innovation”,and the cultural characteristics of“based on tradition but not stagnant in tradition,relying on experience but not stuck in experience,adhering to tradition and innovation,advancing with the times,embracing and cooperating together”.It is the mission and responsibility of“urban university teaching and research”in Zhengzhou City in the new period.
