高速动车组车下空调机组振动特性研究

摘要 为研究某高速动车组头车设备舱空调机组在不同工作状态下的振动规律以及客室内不同区域舒适度指标的差异性,首次使用ISO10816标准体系结合车辆及空调机组的不同工况进行研究,对空调机组振动烈度进行了全面评价,同时对车内不同区域舒适度指标差异进行了量化。试验结果表明:到达高级修的车辆空调机组的振动烈度,空调机组垂向(Z向)振动烈度速度指标预估已达B级,振动位移指标有达到C级的趋势,需要进行结构优化或吊挂点处隔振处理;客室司机室室外机工作状态下对司机室舒适度影响较大,可考虑对空调室外机吊挂结构进行一定的隔振处理。试验结果可对进行高级修车辆的有源设备的振动烈度趋势进行预估,及时对设备进行结构优化和隔振处理,为整车模态匹配关系提供最新的试验数据,同时对延长车辆使用寿命有着重要的作用。 In order to study the vibration law of air-conditioning units in the equipment carbin of a high-speed EMU head car under different working conditions and the difference of comfort index in different areas in the passenger room,this paper for the first time combines the ISO 10816 standard system with the vehicle and the air conditioning unit of different working conditions to carry out research to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the vibration intensity of air conditioning units,as well as to quantify the differences in comfort metrics in different areas of the vehicle.The test results show that the vibration intensity of the air conditioning unit of the vehicle arriving at the advanced maintemance,the air conditioning unit vertical(Z direction)vibration intensity speed index prediction have reached B level,and the vibration displacement index tends to reach C level,and structural optimization or vibration isolation treatment at the lifting point is needed.The working condition of the outdoor unit in the passenger room and driver’s cab has a great influence on the comfort of the driver’s cab,so it is necessary to consider the vibration isolation treatment for the lifting structure of the air conditioning outdoor unit.The test results can be used to predict the vibration intensity trend of active equipment for advanced maintenance vehicles,to optimize the structure of equipment and vibration isolation treatment in time,to provide the latest experimental data for the modal matching relationship of the whole vehicle,and play an important role in prolonging the service life of vehicles.
