CRH1A平台动车组主断路器断开故障解决方案

摘要 CRH1A平台动车组存在变流器模块控制板卡存储器偶发校验失败的故障,该故障一是造成牵引系统报出变流器模块通信故障,打开分离接触器;二是造成主断路器保护性断开。这种保护机制会导致列车丢失至少40%的功率,严重影响列车牵引功率和旅客舒适度。为了降低该故障对动车组运行的不良影响,拟通过优化牵引系统软件的方式,实现故障发生后只断开分离接触器而不再断开主断路器。 CRH1A platform EMU has the fault of accidental verification failure of converter module control board memory,which firstly causes the traction system to report a converter module communication failure and open the separation contactor,and secondly,causes the main circuit breaker to disconnect protectively.This protection mechanism will cause the train to lose at least 40%of its power,seriously affecting the train′s traction power and passenger comfort.In order to reduce the adverse impact of the fault on the operation of EMUs,it is proposed to optimize the traction system software in such a way that only the separation contactor is disconnected without disconnecting the main circuit breaker after a fault occurs.
