摘要
地铁某线路列车在制动过程中整体制动性能较低。文章在介绍了原有制动方案的基础上,对原有制动方案在制动信息传输方式、系统硬件配置和软件控制方案做一定的改进,从而实现车辆制动性能提升的目的;并进行了现场安装调试工作;最后对空气制动力再分配改进方式进行了仿真分析。通过上述调试和仿真,验证了该改进方案的可行性。
The overall braking performance of a subway train is low during braking.On the basis of introducing the original braking scheme,this paper makes some improvements on the transmission mode of braking information,system hardware configuration and software control scheme of the original braking scheme,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the braking performance of vehicles;and carries out on-site installation and debugging.Finally,the air braking force redistribution improvement method is simulated and analyzed.Through the above debugging and simulation,the feasibility of the improved scheme is verified.
