摘要
抗微生物耐药是21世纪全球面临的重大公共卫生挑战。“超级细菌”和“超级真菌”引起的严重感染病死率高,使临床治疗陷入困境。多学科携手动态监测新发、高发耐药菌的耐药演化规律、快速检测和早期诊断技术、建立有效防控和遏制细菌耐药快速发展的综合防控策略迫在眉睫。
Antimicrobial resistance is a major global public health challenge in the 21st century.Clinical treatment faces a dilemma due to the high mortality rate of severe infections caused by"super bacteria"and"super fungi".It is urgent for multidisciplinary cooperation to dynamically monitor the evolution of drug resistance in emerging and prevalent antimicrobial-resistant bacteria,rapid detection and early diagnosis technology,and establish a comprehensive prevention and control strategy to effectively prevent and control and curb the rapid development of bacterial resistance.
