摘要
碳刷和集电环是发电机动静接触和交换能量的设备。发电机组运行时,碳刷和集电环在长期的摩擦中,经常发生过热现象,若不及时处理,很可能发生高温烧损事件,严重威胁发电机组的安全运行。从碳刷、刷握、集电环、通风、刷架等主要方面对某发电机组运行中出现的碳刷和集电环摩擦高温现象展开原因分析,并制订了相应的技术措施,对碳刷及集电环表面温降有显著效果。
The carbon brush and collector ring are the equipment of dynamic and static contact and energy exchange of the generator.During the operation of the generator set,the carbon brush and collector ring often overheat in the long-term friction.If not handled in time,incidents of burning damages are likely to occur,which may seriously threaten safe operation of the generator set.Causes of the overheating phenomenon due to the friction of the carbon brush and collector ring during the operation of a generator set are analyzed in the aspects of the carbon brush,brush grip,collector ring,ventilation and brush holder,and corresponding technical measures are formulated,which have a remarkable effect on lowering the surface temperature of the carbon brush and collector ring.
