基于TOPSIS的电力与通信共享铁塔综合效益评价

A Study on the Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation of Power-Communication Shared Towers Based on the TOPSIS

对电力与通信共享铁塔综合效益进行研究,可有效引导共享铁塔快速发展建设。基于某省2020—2022年共享铁塔典型工程实际数据,客观筛选评价指标,选择TOPSIS方法进行共享铁塔综合效益评价,构建了适用于共享铁塔建设工程综合效益评价的TOPSIS评价模型,该模型能对不同建设方案进行评价,能为电力与通信共享铁塔发展建设提供决策参考。

Researches on the comprehensive benefit of power-communication shared towers can effectively promote their rapid development and construction.Based on the actual data of typical projects of shared towers in a province from 2020 to 2022,the indicators of evaluation are objectively screened,the TOPSIS method is chosen for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of shared towers,and the TOPSIS evaluation model suitable for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of construction projects of shared towers is established,which can evaluate different schemes of construction as well as providing decision-making reference for the development and construction of power-communication shared towers.
