摘要
马克思主义信仰教育成效受诸多因素影响,准确识别各因素影响关系,对提出针对性的干预策略大有裨益。在文献调研基础上,运用DEMATEL法实证检验教育者、受教育者、教育中介、教育环境不同维度各因素对马克思主义信仰教育的影响关系。结果显示,教师素养、教育理念是影响高职院校马克思主义信仰教育成效的关键因素,教育内容、组织管理对于提升马克思主义信仰教育成效具有调节性作用,教育话语、课堂环境、方式方法、网络空间则起到了辅助性作用。最后,基于研究结果提出了针对高职院校马克思主义信仰教育成效的干预策略。
The effect of Marxist belief education in vocational colleges is affected by many factors.It is of great benefit to accurately identify the influencing degree of each factor to put forward targeted intervention strategies.Based on the literature research,the DEMATEL method is used to empirically test the influence of the educator,education receiver,education medium and education environment on Marxist belief education.The results show that teachers quality and educational concepts are key factors affecting the effect.Educational content,organization and management play a regulating role in improving it,while educational discourse,classroom environment,methods and cyberspace play a supporting role.Finally,based on the results of the study,this paper puts forward relevant intervention strategies for the effectiveness of Marxist belief education in vocational colleges.
