摘要
大学生积极心理品质的培育是心理健康教育过程中关键的一环,在课堂中引导高职院校学生实施分析、推理、反思、实验等体验学习活动,对积极心理品质的提升起到关键作用。将融合数字资源,廓清国内外积极心理品质已有的培育研究,并借鉴该领域的研究成果,在丰富性数字资源的加持下,搭建体验学习框架,并承接学习框架设计了一套培育积极心理品质的课堂活动流程,最后提出了面向高职院校学生积极心理品质形成的对策与建议。
The cultivation of college students positive psychological qualities is a crucial part of the process of mental health education.Guiding vocational college students to implement experiential learning activities such as analysis,reasoning,reflection and experimentation in the classroom plays a key role in improving their positive psychological qualities.This paper integrates digital resources,clarifies existing researches on cultivating positive psychological qualities home and abroad,and uses research achievements in this field for reference to build an experimental learning framework with the support of rich digital resources.It also undertakes the design of a classroom activity process for cultivating positive psychological qualities.Finally,it proposes strategies and suggestions for the formation of vocational college students positive psychological qualities.
