中国的发展离不开法治,要在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家。黑龙江的发展同样离不开法治,必须建设稳定、透明、规范、可预期的法治化环境。目前,黑龙江省法治化建设进程缓慢,面临地方法治建设进程迟缓、部分干部作风不良、崇尚人情而非法治等现实困境。对此要深入贯彻落实习近平法治思想,弥补认知与践行不足,深刻揭示法治化环境对经济、政治、公平正义等领域的强大驱动作用,大力推动践行“法治龙江”,持续优化黑龙江法治化环境,使得人人尊法、学法、用法,让法治观念入脑、入心、入行,把法治优势转化为治理效能。
