乡村振兴背景下农家书屋的设计和运维--以德化小湖书苑为例

Design,Operation and Maintenance of Rural Libraries Under the Background of Rural Revitalization--Taking the Dehua Xiaohu Library as an Example

农家书屋在推动乡村振兴战略的实施过程中具有重要意义。文章立足德化小湖书苑的设计、运营和维护现状,总结其在促进乡村组织振兴、文化振兴、人才振兴、产业振兴、生态振兴所发挥的积极作用,分析其在设计及运维中出现的问题,提出将书屋建设纳入乡村振兴规划,挖掘书屋内生动力,采用多元化运营方式,整合区域特色资源等发展对策。

Rural libraries play an important role in promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on the effectiveness of the design,operation and maintenance of Dehua Xiaohu Library,this article summarizes its positive role in promoting rural organization revitalization,cultural revitalization,talent revitalization,industry revitalization,and ecological revitalization.The problems in its design,operation and maintenance are analyzed.Meanwhile,the article puts forward some development countermeasures,such as incorporating the library construction into the rural revitalization plan,excavating the internal driving force of the library,adopting diversified operation mode and integrating regional characteristic resources.
