推进酰胺质子转移加权成像临床应用助力精准诊疗

Promoting the clinical application of amide proton transfer-weighted imaging for precision diagnosis and treatment

摘要 酰胺质子转移加权(APTw)成像是一种能够检测组织中可移动蛋白质和多肽中酰胺质子的分子成像技术,广泛应用于医学领域的研究中。近年来,随着新的APTw成像数据采集方案、后处理方法等的提出及深度学习的应用,APTw成像技术走向临床成为可能。该文中对APTw成像技术的发展及其临床应用进行总结,探讨该成像技术在当今医疗背景下的机遇和挑战,以促进APTw成像的临床应用,助力疾病精准诊疗。
