摘要
CiS40-11基因为中间锦鸡儿SnR基因家族的成员,为研究其在非生物胁迫中的功能,对CiS40-11基因ORF序列进行克隆,并进行组织特异性和非生物胁迫下表达模式的分析。结果表明,CiS40-11基因ORF长633 bp,编码了一个由210个氨基酸组成的亲水性蛋白,其大小为23.06 kD,等电点为5.70。组织特异性分析表明CiS40-11在叶中的表达水平最高;非生物胁迫表达模式分析结果显示CiS40-11在冷和干旱胁迫的诱导下,表达水平会持续性的降低。本研究为进一步揭示CiS40-11在植物非生物胁迫调控过程中的功能及作用机理提供了初步基础。
CiS40-11 is a member of SnR family from Caragana intermedia.In order to understand its function in abiotic stress,the ORF of CiS40-11 was cloned,and its tissue specificity and abiotic stress expression pattern was analyzed.The ORF of CiS40-11 is 633 bp,CiS40-11 composed of 210 amino acids,its molecular weight is about 23.06 kD and the isoelectric point is 5.70.Tissue-specific analysis shows that the maximum expression of CiS40-11 is showed in leaves.In addition,the expression of CiS40-11 continuously decreased under cold and drought stress treatment.This study provides a theoretical basis for further functional analysis and regulation mechanism of CiS40-11 in the process of abiotic stress.
