构建高质量高校思政工作体系,推动思政工作体系贯通人才培养体系全过程,是高校落实立德树人根本任务,实现“三全育人”的重要保障机制与创新举措。构建高质量高校思政工作体系,要准确理解其体系性思维、治理化视域、一体化管理的理论特质,深刻认识构建高校思政工作体系的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和现实逻辑。通过理通理顺思政工作管理体系、构建大思政教学体系、强化思政工作组织保障体系、完善思政工作评估监测体系等举措,实现高校思政工作制度创新与治理实效的同向同行。
