全域视角下高职毕业生就业质量提升路径研究——以湖南工业职业技术学院为例

Research on the Improving Path of Employment Quality of Higher Vocational College Graduates from a Global--Taking Hunan Industry Polytechnic as an Example

随着全球化的发展,高等职业教育已成为推动社会经济发展的重要力量。然而,高职院校毕业生就业仍面临诸多挑战,如就业质量低、职业发展机会不足等问题。为了探索提升高职院校毕业生就业质量的路径,以湖南工业职业技术学院为例,从初次就业率、平均月收入、专业相关度、就业现状满意度、职业期待吻合度和离职率六个方面,利用Jupyter Notebook工具,通过Pandas和Matplotlib对2020届至2022届毕业生的就业数据进行可视化展示,并从社会视角、学校视角、学生视角以及单位视角全视角分析了影响毕业生就业质量的四大因素。最后,从社会、学校、学生和单位全视角提出高职毕业生就业质量的提升路径。

With the development of globalization,higher vocational education has become an important force for driving social and economic development.However,the employment of vocational college graduates still faces many challenges,such as low employment quality and insufficient career development opportunities.In order to explore ways to improve the employment quality of vocational college graduates,this paper takes Hunan Industry Polytechnic as an example,from six aspects:initial employment rate,average monthly income,professional relevance,satisfaction with employment status,alignment of career expectations,and turnover rate,using Jupyter Notebook to visualize the employment data of graduates from 2020 to 2022 through Pandas and Matplotlib.And then,it analyzes the four major factors that affect the employment quality of graduates from the social perspective,school perspective,student perspective and unit perspective.Finally,from the perspective of society,school,students and units,this paper puts forward the improving path of employment quality of higher vocational graduates.
