工匠精神培育的路径实践——以成都某高职院校为例

摘要 2016年以来,“工匠精神”逐渐成为社会热议的高频词,工匠精神的传承与弘扬越来越受到重视,高职院校作为培养技术技能人才的摇篮,肩负着培养学生工匠精神的重任。职业教育中,需要通过打破社会文化场域的思维惯习,建立健全技术技能人才保障机制,将专业、职业和人文教育相结合等举措去寻回和重赋工匠精神。为此,应从博物展馆的器物鉴赏、大思政文化育人、小班化教学、双导师制、校企合作等方面加强工匠精神培育的路径实践,从而全面提升高职学生职业素养。 Craftsman Spirit has gradually become a hot topic in society since 2016.The inheritance and promotion of Craftsman Spirit have been paid more and more attention,As the cradle of cultivating technical and skilled talents,higher vocational colleges shoulder the great responsibilities of cultivating students'Craftsman Spirit.In vocational education,it is necessary to retrieve and reassign the Craftsman Spirit by breaking the thinking habits of the social and cultural feld,establishing and improving the guarantee mechanism of technical and skilled talents,and combining professional,vocational and cultural education.Therefore,we should strengthen the path practice of craftsman spirit cultivation through the appreciation of artifacts in the museum,the education of great ideological and political culture,small-class teaching,double tutorial system,and schoolenterprise cooperation,so as to comprehensively improve the professional quality of higher vocational students.
