中高职衔接五年制贯通人才培养模式是构建中国特色现代职业教育体系的关键之举,对促进社会经济发展,提升学生就业竞争力、职业发展潜力以及创新创业能力和满足社会需求产生深远影响。然而,项目实践仍面临多方面挑战,如试点院校的积极性亟待提高,试点项目在社会上的认可度亟待加强,试点院校的转段升学率亟待提升等。因此,迫切需要激发试点院校内在潜能,加大试点项目推广力度,明确项目转段升学标准,以推动中高职衔接五年制贯通人才培养模式的全面发展。

The five-year continuous talent cultivation model for the connection between middle and high vocational education is a crucial initiative in constructing a distinctive modern vocational education system in China.It profoundly impacts the promotion of socioeconomic development,enhancement of students'competitiveness,potential for carer advancement,as well as the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities,and meeting societal demands.However,practical implementation still faces various challenges,such as the need to improve the initiative of pilot schools,enhance social recognition of pilot projects,and increase the transition rate of students in pilot schools.Consequently,urgent measures are required to stimulate the intrinsic potential of pilot schools,intensify the promotion efforts of pilot projects,and clarify the assessment criteria for transition phases to comprehensively advance the five-year integrated talent cultivation model for the connection between middle and high vocational education.
