摘要
现代学徒制是深化产教融合,践行“岗课赛证”综合育人理念的有效途径。基于利益相关者视角,通过厘清现代学徒制中政府、行业协会、企业、高职院校、学校教师、企业教师以及学生等各方的利益诉求,结合中国企业用工制度,构建了“双主体、三递进、五对接、六结合”的现代学徒制人才培养模式,为我国现代学徒制人才培养的发展提供了有益的借鉴。
The modern apprenticeship system is an effective approch to deepen the integration of industry and education,as well as implementing the comprehensive education concept of"integration of job,course,competition and certificate",From the perspective of stakeholders,by clarifying the interests and demands of various stakeholders,such as the government,industry associations,enterprises,vocational colleges,academic teachers,industrial mentors,and students,and combining with China's enterprise employment system,a modern apprenticeship talent training model of"dual subject,three steps,five dockings,and six combinations"has been constructed,providing valuable reference for the development of modern apprenticeship talent cultivation in China.
