摘要
产教融合是指产业与教育的深度融合,它注重培养学生的实际操作能力和职业素养。产教融合为高职教育带来了新的发展方向,同时对高职英语教师提出了更高的标准和要求。本文采取政策检索、文献研究、专家访谈等方法,从理论素养、专业实践能力和科学研究能力等角度对高职英语教师“双向双融通”能力建设的维度进行调研,构建高职英语教师“双向双融通”能力内容框架,并据此系统性地分析高职英语教师“双向双融通”能力现状,提出加强理论素养、提升专业实践能力、加强科学研究能力等建设路径,以期促进高职英语教师“双向双融通”能力提升。
Industry-education integration refers to the deep integration of industry and education,emphasizing training students'practical capability and professional quality.The industry-education integration has provided a new developmental direction for higher vocational education,and,at the same time,it has set higher standards and expectations for higher vocational English teachers.Based on the methods of policy search and review,literature research,and expert interview,this paper investigates the dimensions of the"two-way integration"of English teachers in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of theoretical literacy,professional practical capability and scientific research capability,and constructs the content framework of the"two-way integration"of English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and systematically analyzes the present situation of the two-way accommodation capability of English teachers in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward some strategies for capacity building,such as strengthening the theoretical literacy,promoting the professional practical capability and strengthening the scientific research capability,etc.aiming to promoting the two-way accommodation capability of higher vocational English teachers.
