摘要
本研究选取京杭运河镇江段水体作为研究对象,系统调查区域内大型底栖动物分布及多样性,结合水体环境因子(总磷、氨氮等)数据,采用多元统计分析方法探讨物种多样性与环境因素的相关性规律。结果表明,京杭运河镇江段水体各断面水环境质量差异较小,底栖动物物种结构差异较大。采集的8个断面的总体水质基本处于地表水Ⅱ类水平,其中三岔河断面的总磷浓度最高,采集到的霍甫水丝蚓种群密度也高于其他7个断面。RDA分析结果显示,影响物种多样性的主要环境因子为氨氮、化学需氧量、叶绿素a和总磷。
This study selected river of Jinghang Canal(Zhenjiang part)as the research object to investigate the distribution and diversity of macrobenthic animals.This research analysed the relationship between species diversity and environmental factors based on the data of TP,NH 3-N,etc.and method of multivariate statistical analysis.The results showed small difference of water quality in Zhenjiang part,and large difference of benthic animal species structure.The overall water quality of the eight sites was classⅡlevel(surface water)among which the TP and Limnodrilus hoffmeisteri of Sanchahe River was the highest in the eight point.The results of RDA analysis showed that environmental factors of NH 3-N,COD,chlorophyll a,TP mainly affected species diversity.
