摘要
纳米农药是应用纳米技术制成的农药制剂产品,与传统农药剂型相比,纳米农药能提高农药药效和利用率,实现农药的响应控释和减施增效。但纳米特性也给纳米农药的安全性评价带来挑战,传统毒理学试验方法未必适用于纳米农药。因此本研究对纳米农药毒理学试验方法的研究进展进行了系统综述,以期为我国纳米农药的登记管理提供有益参考。
Nano-pesticides,formulated using nanomaterials and nanotechnology,efficiently combine original pesticides,carriers,and auxiliary agent.Compared with traditional pesticide formulations,nano-pesticides can improve the efficacy and utilization rate of pesticides,allowing responsive controlled release of pesticides.However,the challenges in safety evaluation for nano-pesticides have also been brought about by the nano characteristics.Traditional toxicological tests may not be suitable for nano-pesticides.Therefore,the research progress of toxicological testing methods for nano-pesticides is systematically reviewed in this study,in order to provide useful reference for their registration and management in China.
