胶体金免疫层析法检测叶菜中联苯菊酯残留的应用

摘要 本文采用胶体金免疫层析法检测叶菜基质中联苯菊酯农药残留量,测试了检测灵敏度、特异性,并优化了检测过程的样品重量、提取液用量及稀释方法、固液分层方式及时间、孵育时间、反应时间等前处理方法条件。结果表明,胶体金法检测叶菜中联苯菊酯的检出限为4.0 mg/kg,与6种拟除虫菊酯类农药均无交叉反应。本文简化了操作步骤,采用静置的分层方式替代原有的离心操作,降低对场地、设备、器具的要求,为后续开发使用低精度量器进行前处理操作的产品提供技术基础。 The colloidal gold immunochromatography method was used to detect the bifenthrin residues in various leafy vegetable matrices.Sensitivity and specificity of the detection method were assessed,and the pre-treatment conditions were optimized,including sample weight,extraction amount and dilution method,solid-liquid stratification method and duration,incubation time,reaction time,etc.Results showed that the detection limit for bifenthrin using colloidal gold immunochromatography was 4.0 mg/kg.No cross-reactivity was observed between bifenthrin and 6 other types of pyrethroid pesticides.This study simplified operation steps by replacing the original centrifugal process with a static layering method,thereby reducing the requirements for site,equipment,and tools.This provides a technical foundation for the subsequent development of products utilizing high-precision measuring instruments for pre-treatment operations.
