固定污染源流速流量测量仪表的比较分析

摘要 在介绍了固定污染源流量测量对于“双碳”工作的重要意义基础之上,提出了流量(流速)测量仪表的正确选择是提升整体固定污染源流量测量准确度的关键。然后分别从测量原理、使用方法和量值溯源方法等方面对固定污染源流量(流速)测量的主要仪器:S形皮托管、三维皮托管以及插入式时差法多声道超声流量计作了介绍,多角度比较了它们在实际测量应用中的优缺点,对固定污染源排放企业和从事碳核算的计量技术机构在计量器具选择方面有一定的现实意义。 On the basis of introducing the important significance of“flow measurement of greenhouse gas emission of fixed pollution source”to“carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals”,this paper puts forward that“the correct selection of flow measuring instrument is the key factor to improve the accuracy of the whole work”.Then the main instruments for flow rate(or flow velocity)used in the work,such as S-type pitot tube,three-dimensional pitot tube and plug-in time-difference multi-channel ultrasonic flowmeter,are introduced from the aspects of measurement principle,application method and quantity traceability method.Also,the advantages and disadvantages are compared from many angles.It has a certain practical significance in the selection of measuring instruments for fixed pollution source emission enterprises and measurement technical institutions engaged in carbon accounting.
