机动车电线耐刮磨试验机量值溯源方法

摘要 依据GB/T 12528—2008国家标准,阐述机动车电线耐刮磨试验机的工作机理,识别设备的计量特性,选用满足要求的标准器,提出机动车电线耐刮磨试验机计量性能的量值溯源方法。同时,对机动车电线耐刮磨试验机的试验刮针、荷重、刮磨速度等重要参数的测量不确定度进行评定,为各类计量技术机构开展机动车电线耐刮磨试验机的校准提供技术参考。 Based on the national standard GB/T 12528—2008,this article elaborates on the working mechanism of automotive wire scratch and wear testing machines,identifies the metering characteristics of the machines,selects standard instruments that meet the requirements,and proposes a quantitative traceability method for the metrological performance of automotive wire abrasion resistance testing machines.At the same time,the measurement uncertainty of important parameters such as the diameter of the scraping needle,load,scraping speed,etc.of the solvent resistant wiping instrument are evaluated to provide technical reference for various metrological technical institutions to carry out the calibration of automotive wire scratch and wear testing machines.
