基于蓝牙的智能天平数据采集系统

摘要 针对检测实验室中专用计算机缺乏,而传统的人工存在效率低、容易出错、原始数据溯源难等问题,把蓝牙和钉钉小程序进行融合,将天平称重数据通过RS232串口连接到蓝牙模块,使用蓝牙透传功能,将数据自动上传到钉钉小程序,经过人工判定后提交到企业云服务器,配合企业LIMS,生成检测报告。开发的智能系统具有检测试验的便利性、数据强安全性、数据高准确性、数据易溯源性等优势。 Aiming at the absence of special computer in the testing laboratory,and mainly relies on traditional manual copying,which has problems such as low efficiency,easy to make mistakes,and trouble in tracing original data,the weighing data of the balance is connected to the Bluetooth module through RS232 serial port by combining Bluetooth and Ding Talk mini-program,and the data is automatically uploaded to Ding Talk mini-program by using the Bluetooth transmission function.After manual judgment,submit to the enterprise cloud server,cooperate with the enterprise LIMS,generate the test report.The developed intelligent system has advantages such as the convenience of testing,strong data security,high accuracy of data,and easy traceability of data.
