摘要
基于现代工业机器人常用的对称同位拧紧方式,结合市场现有的带转角的动态扭矩传感器的结构参数与JJF 1610—2017对测量设备及其他相关设备的技术要求,设计一套测量范围覆盖1~5 000 Nm,涵盖高、低扭矩率的动态扭矩或转角测量系统。设计的系统可模拟以对称同位拧紧方式运行的双轴动力扳子并进行测量。系统的相对扩展不确定度达到0.7%(k=2)。
This article is based on the common symmetrical parity tightening method of modern industrial robots,combined with the structural parameters of existing dynamic torque sensors with angle in the current market and JJF 1610—2017 for measuring equipment and other related equipment,a set of dynamic torque-angle measurement systems covering both high and low torque rates is designed,covering 1~5000 Nm.This system can simulate and measure the operating position and mode of a two-axis power spinner with symmetrical simultaneous tightening.The related extended uncertainty of the system can reach 0.7%(k=2).
