Community prevention strategies for malignant tumors

恶性肿瘤是严重威胁我国居民生命质量、身心健康和社会发展的重大公共卫生问题之一。为探索符合我国现阶段的恶性肿瘤社区预防对策,加快我国社区恶性肿瘤防治工作的步伐,提高社区恶性肿瘤四级预防水平,本文对国内外恶性肿瘤的社区预防对策相关文献进行总结论述,并分别从致癌风险因素预防、“三早”策略、社区肿瘤康复延伸服务、零级预防4个方面进行探讨,以期为社区恶性肿瘤的防治工作提供参考。

Malignant tumors are a significant public health issue that severely threatens the life quality,physical and mental health,and social development of residents in China.To explore community prevention strategies for malignant tumors that are suitable for the current stage in China,accelerate the community-level prevention and treatment efforts for malignant tumors,and enhance the four-level prevention framework in the community,this article summarizes relevant literature on community prevention strategies for malignant tumors both in China and internationally.The discussion is divided into four aspects:prevention of carcinogenic risk factors,the″three early″strategy,extended services for community tumor rehabili-tation,and zero-level prevention.The goal is to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors at the community level.
