培育新型农业经营主体是完善新型农业经营体系的微观基础,是实现乡村振兴战略的重要保障。近年来,在培育乡村新型经营主体上面临着诸多问题,主要集中表现在对经营主体的扶持和服务上。因此,应帮助土地供求双方提高土地流转效率;加强政策引导,落实推动发展的扶持措施;完善法律法规,促进新型农业经营主体的规范性;建设农村产业信息系统,为新型农业经营主体提供良好的发展环境。
