病理性瘢痕的多组学方法研究进展

摘要 病理性瘢痕包括瘢痕疙瘩和增生性瘢痕,不仅影响美观,而且危害患者的日常生活和心理健康。近年来,病理性瘢痕的发病机制研究取得了一定的进展,但仍缺乏有效的治疗手段。本文综述了病理性瘢痕的多组学方法研究进展,包括基因组学、表观基因组学、转录组学、蛋白组学、代谢组学和单细胞组学等,旨在为新型治疗方法的研发提供新的思路。 【Summary】Pathologic scars,including keloids and hypertrophic scars,not only affect aesthetics but also compromise patients'daily lives and psychological well-being.Despite recent progress in understanding the pathogenesis of pathologic scars,effective treatments remain a challenge.In this paper,the research advancements of multi-omics approaches for pathologic scars were summarized,encompassing genomics,epigenomics,transcriptomics,proteomics,metabolomics,and single-cell omics.By providing a comprehensive overview of these cutting-edge techniques,the review aimed to inspire novel therapeutic strategies for the management of pathologic scars.
