继发于颅缝早闭症的颅内高压的病因及诊治

Etiology and treatment of intracranial hypertension secondary to craniosynostosis

颅缝早闭症是一种常见的颅颌面畸形,发病率居先天性颅面部骨骼畸形的第二位。除外观畸形、功能障碍以外,颅内高压也是其常见并发症,可能造成呕吐、视乳头水肿、脑疝、死亡等严重后果。故针对颅缝早闭症患儿的早期筛查、颅内高压风险评估、发病机制研究、临床治疗等均十分重要。本文回顾既往文献,针对颅缝早闭而继发颅内高压的发病机制、临床症状、诊断、治疗、风险评估及预防等进行综述。

【Summary】Craniosynostosis is a common craniofacial malformation,which incidence rate ranks second in congenital craniofacial skeletal malformations.In addition to appearance deformity and dysfunction,intracranial hypertension is also a common complication,which may cause serious clinical consequences such as vomiting,papilledema,brain hernia,death and so on.Therefore,early screening,risk assessment of intracranial hypertension,pathogenesis research and clinical treatment of children with craniosynostosis are very important.In this paper,the pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment,risk assessment and prevention of intracranial hypertension secondary to craniosynostosis were reviewed.
