数字化转型对大客户制约风险的影响研究

摘要 利用文本分析法构建企业数字化转型变量,探讨数字化转型如何缓解大客户制约风险。研究表明,数字化转型程度越高,企业大客户占比越小,该结论在经过双重差分等内生性检验后依然有效。进一步分析发现,搜寻成本下降是其中主要的作用渠道。还发现数字化转型带来的客户集中度下降有助于进一步降低企业的风险水平,表明数字化转型能够有效缓解大客户制约风险。揭示了数字技术影响客户集中度的作用机理,为数字技术助力防范与化解实体经济运行风险、推动经济高质量发展提供了经验证据。 This paper uses text analysis to construct enterprise digital transformation variables,and discusses how digital transformation can alleviate the constraint risk of key customers.The research shows that the higher the degree of digital transformation,the smaller the proportion of enterprises'key customers,and this conclusion still exists after the endogeneity test such as difference-in-difference.Further analysis shows that the decrease of search cost is one of the main channels.This paper also finds that the decline in customer concentration brought about by digital transformation can further reduce the risk level of enterprises,indicating that digital transformation can effectively alleviate the constraint risk of key customers.This paper reveals the mechanism of digital technology affecting customer concentration,and provides empirical evidence for digital technology to help prevent and resolve operational risks of the real economy and promote high-quality economic development.
