干燥综合征合并血小板减少的发病机制错综复杂,病情反复、迁延不愈。苏晓教授从“热、虚、瘀”进行分层论治,将该病分为急性发作期、激素撤减期和病情迁延难治复发期,针对不同阶段,分别采用凉血平癜、滋阴润燥、治血四法等治疗策略,显著提高了患者的治愈率和生活质量,在有效撤减西药同时,延缓及阻止疾病进展,延长患者生存期。

The pathogenesis of Sjögren's syndrome combined with thrombocytopenia is complex,and the condition is recurrent and persistent.Professor SU Xiao has carried out hierarchical treatment from the aspect of"heat,deficiency and stasis".He divides the disease into acute attack period,hormone withdrawal period and prolonged refractory relapse period.He aims at different stages,respectively uses cooling blood to resolve purpura,nourishing yin and moistening dryness,and four blood treatment strategies,which have significantly improved the cure rate and quality of life for patients.Professor SU Xiao can effectively withdrew Western drugs while delaying and preventing the progression of the disease and prolonging the survival of patients.
