高校健美操课程思政元素融合与实践研究

Research on the Integration and Practice of Ideological and Political Elements in College Aerobics Courses

在大思政课程背景下,采用文献资料法、问卷调查等方法对高校健美操课程中如何融入思政元素以及如何深入实践进行研究,归纳出高校健美操课程的思政元素以及融入实践体系.研究提出高校健美操课程应多渠道选取思政材料、全方位挖掘思政元素、引导学生自主学习,在思政元素的选择上注重体育与美育的结合,方式上加强实践教学.在高校健美操课程思政建设的实现路径上,要重视用语言来影响学生;注重发挥榜样示范作用;积极营造课堂环境;运用新媒体技术手段,激发高校健美操课程思政教学活力.

Under the background of ideological and political course,this paper studies how to integrate ideological and political elements into the calisthenics course in colleges and universities by means of literature,questionnaire and so on,summed up the ideological and political elements of college calisthenics curriculum and integration into the practice system.The results show that college aerobics should select ideological and political materials through multiple channels,fully excavate ideological and political elements,guide students to study independently,and pay more attention to the combination of physical education and aesthetic education in the selection of ideological and political elements,in the way of strengthening practical teaching,we should pay attention to influencing students with language,giving full play to the role of model law,building classroom environment actively,using new media technology as a means to stimulate the vitality of ideological and political teaching in college aerobics.
