摘要
从人才培养的角度看,传播学人才培养目标、任务、要求及相关专业内容、课程设置等都体现出鲜明的时代性。面向新一轮的科技革命、产业变革和媒介化社会现实,如何应对数字传播时代带来的一系列挑战,是传播学人才培养必须直面并给予回应的重要课题。本文以11个国家一流传播学专业的培养方案为样本,通过分析其人才培养目标、师资结构、课程体系、实践教学、国际交流等,总结中国传播学专业定位的特征,并进一步探讨数字传播技术发展背景下传播学人才培养与专业建设的新趋势,以期为传播学学科发展提供参考。
Responding to the series of challenges brought about by the digital communication era is an important issue that communication talent cultivation must face.The research takes the training programs of first-class communication majors in 11 countries as samples,analyzes their talent training objectives,faculty structures,curriculum systems,etc.,and outlines the characteristics of communication learning programs in China and further explores the new trends of cultivating communication talent and professional construction with the development of digital communication technology.
