服务乡村振兴的风景园林专业硕士“政校企社”人才培养模式研究

Research on Talent Cultivation Mode of“Government-CollegesEnterprise-Social Organization”for Master of Landscape Architecture in Serving Rural Revitalization

摘要 在乡村振兴持续推进下,风景园林作为构建人居环境的重要学科,其专业硕士教育在其中的作用尤为重要。分析风景园林专业硕士教育现状及问题主要包括:缺乏具有综合能力的师资队伍、与行业企业的有效合作有所缺乏、培养模式与社会需求不完全匹配。针对以上问题,基于乡村振兴的专业动向、服务社会的高校育人导向及产学研的合作内涵,融合乡村振兴中各方主体优势,从设定培养目标、搭建培养平台、优化培养方式三个方面提出“政校企社”人才培养模式。实践表明,该培养模式可以有效地补充风景园林专业硕士实践实务教师队伍,有助于强化风景园林专业硕士解决实际问题的能力,并积极应对风景园林学科服务社会的要求,为乡村振兴发展提供实践型、应用型的高层次人才。 Under the continuous promotion of rural revitalization,landscape gardening,an essential discipline for building human habitat,has a significant role in its professional master’s education.Analyzing the status quo and problems of professional master’s education in landscape architecture mainly include a lack of faculty with comprehensive ability,lack of practical cooperation with industrial enterprises,and incomplete match between cultivation mode and social demand.Given the above problems,based on the professional trend of rural revitalization,the nurturing orientation of universities to serve society,and the connotation of cooperation between industry,academia,and research,and integrating the advantages of all the main parties in rural revitalization,we put forward the“government-colleges-enterprise-social organization”talent cultivation mode in three aspects,namely,setting cultivation objectives,building cultivation platforms,and optimizing cultivation methods.Practice shows that this cultivation mode can effectively supplement the practical teaching team of landscape architecture master’s degree,help strengthen the ability of landscape architecture master’s degree to solve practical problems,and actively respond to the requirements of landscape architecture discipline to serve society and provide pragmatic and applied high-level talents for the development of rural revitalization.
