摘要
结合乌鲁木齐市区域声环境和道路交通声环境监测点位优化调整的实际工作情况,阐述了具体的调整依据、原则和过程。经调整,区域声环境监测网格覆盖面积增加了268 km^(2),约为调整前的119.6%;道路交通声环境监测路段总长度也增加了782.83 km,约为调整前的119.8%。经验证,优化调整后的监测点位能覆盖建成区、空间分布均匀,具有合理性和代表性,可为客观评价乌鲁木齐市声环境质量状况奠定基础。
Based on the actual work situation of optimizing and adjusting the monitoring points for regional acoustic environment and road traffic acoustic environment in Urumqi,the specific basis and principles and process of adjustment were elaborated.After adjustment,the coverage area of the regional acoustic environment monitoring grid had increased by 268 km^(2),approximately 119.6%of the pre adjustment level;the total length of the road traffic acoustic environment monitoring section had also increased by 782.83 km,which was approximately 119.8%of the before adjustment.After verification,the optimized and adjusted monitoring points could cover the built-up area and had uniform spatial distribution,which was reasonable and representative,and could lay the foundation for objectively evaluating the sound environment quality of Urumqi.
