摘要
生化污泥和焦油煤粉是煤制气行业产生的特征固体废物。以新疆某煤制天然气项目为例,针对其自身产生的生化污泥和焦油煤粉,通过利用该项目现有燃煤锅炉开展协同处置工程测试,采用对应的环境风险控制技术及污染防治技术,探究一条能够使生化污泥和焦油煤粉实现无害化、减量化及资源化的处理路径,为煤制气行业今后更安全环保的协同处置固体废物储备技术积累并提供技术支撑。
Biochemical sludge and tar coal powder were characteristic solid wastes produced in coal gasification industry.Taking a coal-to-natural gas project in Xinjiang as an example,a collaborative disposal engineering test to the biochemical sludge and tar coal powder generated by the project itself was conducted using the existing coal-fired boilers of the project.The corresponding environmental risk control and pollution prevention technologies were adopted to explore a treatment path that can achieve harmless,reduced,and resourceful treatment of the biochemical sludge and tar coal powder.The purpose was to accumulate and provide technical support for the future safer and more environmentally friendly collaborative disposal of solid waste storage technology in the coal to gas industry.
