知识生产视角下专业学位研究生教育改革发展研究 被引量:1

Reform and Development of Postgraduate Education for Professional Degrees in the Horizon of Knowledge Production

摘要 党的十八大以来,在经济社会转型发展和知识生产模式转型背景下,我国有序推动专业学位研究生教育改革。新一轮改革经历了规模性走出象牙塔的知识导向、内涵式发展的实践性知识导向、高质量发展的知识协同创新导向三个阶段。改革重心在于优化人才培养结构,明确专业学位人才培养目标定位,强化专业学位人才培养实践性特征,构建内外协同的培养质量保障体系。未来,专业学位研究生教育改革应进一步优化专业学位人才规模结构,完善产教融合特征鲜明和跨学科特性的人才培养模式,健全多重螺旋高质量保障机制,以加快推进新时代专业学位研究生教育的高质量发展,为中国式现代化建设提供高层次创新应用型战略人才。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has promoted the reform of postgraduate education for professional degrees in an orderly manner in the transformation of economic society and knowledge production mode.The new round of reform has gone through three stages,namely,the knowledge orientation of going out of the ivory tower on a large scale,the practical knowledge orientation of connotation development,and the collaborated knowledge innovation orientation of high-quality development.The reform focuses on optimizing the structure of talent cultivation,clarifying the positioning of talent cultivation for professional degrees,strengthening practice in the postgraduate education for professional degrees,and building up a collaborative quality guarantee system.In the future,we should further optimize the scale and structure of the talents of professional degrees,improve the talent cultivation mode with distinctive features of industry-teaching integration and interdisciplinary characteristics,and improve the multiple spiral high-quality guarantee mechanism,so as to accelerate the high-quality development of postgraduate education for professional degrees in the new era,and to provide high-level innovative,application-oriented and strategic talents for the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
