习近平总书记继承并发展了马克思与恩格斯的劳动思想和中国共产党历代领导集体的劳动思想,以中华优秀劳动文化为思想根源,结合时代课题和自身经历创造性地提出了新时代的劳动观。习近平劳动观可以归纳为大历史视域下的劳动价值论、历史主动精神引领下的劳动教育论、坚持人民至上的劳动关系论、守正创新的劳动精神论等四个方面,具有深刻的时代内涵。劳动价值论说明了劳动对人类社会发展的推动作用,劳动教育论肯定了劳动的育人价值,劳动关系论揭示了劳动者的地位与劳动保障的重要性,劳动精神论彰显了新时代劳动者的意志品质。新时代劳动者要把握时代发展大势,继续肩负中华民族伟大复兴使命,持守与发展劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神。同时,家校社会要共同建构一体化的劳动教育体系,国家和政府要继续完善劳动关系保障制度,将习近平劳动观落在实处。

Xi Jinping inherits and develops the labor thoughts of Marx and Engels and the labor views of the leading collectives of the CPC in all generations,and creatively puts forward the labor views of the new era based on the excellent labor culture of China and combining the topics of the times and his own experiences.Xi Jinping's labor concept can be summarized into four aspects:the labor value theory from a historical perspective,the labor education theory guided by the historical initiative spirit,the labor relations theory adhering to the principle of putting the people first,and the labor spirit theory of upholding integrity and innovation,which have profound contemporary connotations.The theory of labor value explains the driving role of labor in the development of human society,the theory of labor education affirms the educational value of labor,the theory of labor relations reveals the importance of the status of workers and labor security,and the theory of labor spirit highlights the will and quality of workers in the new era.In the new era,workers should grasp the trend of the times,continue to shoulder the mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,uphold and develop the spirit of model workers,labor spirit,and craftsmanship.At the same time,families,schools,and society should jointly construct an integrated labor education system.The state and government should continue to improve the labor relations protection system in order to implement Xi Jinping's labor concept.
