摘要
为探究风光储一体化项目各部分的最佳容量配比,以内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔市某工业园区为例,基于园区新增负荷和风能、太阳能资源,计算得出风电和光伏发电的全年逐时及逐月典型日的输出功率曲线,然后在满足园区新增负荷用电需求的条件下,得出风电和光伏发电容量配比方案。鉴于风电和光伏发电的间歇性和波动性,引入储能以平滑输出功率曲线,实现了风光联合发电的发电量曲线与园区新增负荷用电量曲线的变化趋势相匹配。为提高园区的绿电替代率并降低风光联合发电弃电量,通过分析不同容量配比对风光联合发电消纳和绿电替代率的影响,得到最佳容量配比方案。可为内蒙古自治区工业园区风光储一体化项目提供一种有效的容量配比计算方法,有助于优化项目运行效率并推动绿色能源的广泛应用。
To investigate the optimal capacity ratio for various parts of a wind-PV-storage integrated project,this paper takes an industrial park in Bayannur City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a case study.Based on the new load added to the industrial park and its wind energy and solar energy resources,calculated the hourly throughout the year and the typical daily output power curves for each month for wind power and PV power generation.Then,a capacity ratio plan for wind and PV power generation is obtained under the condition of meeting the electricity demand for the new load added to the industrial park.In light of the intermittency and volatility of wind power and PV power generation,energy storage are introduced to smooth the output power curves,ensuring that the power generation capacity curve of the wind-PV joint power generation matches the change trend of the industrial park's load electricity consumption curve.To enhance the green electricity substitution rate of the industrial park and reduce the amount of abandoned wind-PV joint power generation,analyzed the impact of different capacity ratios on the consumption of wind-PV joint power generation and the green electricity substitution rate,and identified the best solution.This study offers an effective capacity ratio calculation method for wind-PV-storage integrated projects in industrial parks in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,which is conducive to optimizing the operational efficiency of the projects and promoting the widespread application of green energy.
