摘要
针对考虑分布式光伏发电的单相接地故障下配电网的重构问题,通过分析单相接地故障下配电网重构的特殊性,建立了单相接地故障下配电网双层重构优化模型;然后采用双层粒子群优化算法将支路交换法与二进制粒子群优化算法相结合,通过启发式规则减少需要考虑的开关组合,快速确定配电网损耗最小且开关动作次数较少的配电网重构方案;最后通过IEEE14节点配电网算例,对本模型和策略进行了仿真验证。研究结果表明:所提出的方案是在考虑分布式光伏发电后,合理确定分布式光伏发电电源输出功率的同时,还可优化单相接地故障两个阶段的重构方案,减少了故障带来的损失。仿真结果验证了本方案的有效性和正确性。
This paper focuses on the reconstruction of distribution networks under single-phase grounding fault in distributed PV power generation.By analyzing the particularity of distribution network reconstruction under single-phase grounding fault,a dual layer optimization model for distribution network reconstruction under single-phase to ground faults is established.Then,a dual layer particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to combine the branch switching method with the binary particle swarm optimization algorithm.Heuristic rules are used to reduce the number of switch combinations that need to be considered,quickly determining the distribution network reconstruction plan with the minimum distribution network loss and fewer switch actions.Finally,the model and strategy are validated through simulation using an IEEE14 node distribution network example.The research results show that the plan proposed in this paper can reasonably determine the output power of distributed PV power source after considering distributed PV power generation,while also optimizing the two-stage reconstruction scheme for single-phase grounding fault,reducing the losses caused by faults.The simulation results have verified the effectiveness and correctness of this plan.
