埋地输油管道对胶州湾第二海底隧道爆破施工的动力响应

摘要 为深入研究埋地输油管道运行过程中的动力响应机制及不同工况下的输油管道振速规律,以青岛胶州湾第二海底隧道黄岛端斜井二期工程为背景,青岛港油港码头厂区内的埋地输油管道为研究对象,根据实测数据,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件建立数值模型,通过模拟起爆药量、爆心距、管道埋深3种工况因素,建立输油管道振速预测模型。结果表明:管道环迎爆侧的振动速度大于管道环的背爆侧,管道轴向的峰值振速最大值出现在工作面前方4 m左右的管道截面上。得到的埋地输油管道振动速度预测模型对于工程爆破施工中邻近埋地输油管道的保护有重要参考意义。 To further study the dynamic response mechanism of buried oil pipelines and the vibration velocity law of oil pipelines under different working conditions,this study took the Huangdao end inclined shaft phaseⅡproject of the second submarine tunnel of Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay as the background and the buried oil pipeline in the Qingdao Oil Port dock plant as the research object.Based on the measured data,a numerical model was established by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA software.The oil pipeline’s vibration velocity prediction model was established by simulating the three working conditions of detonation charge,detonation center distance,and pipeline buried depth.The results show that the vibration velocity on the pipe ring’s side is greater than that on the back explosion side of the pipe ring,and the maximum value of the axial peak vibration velocity of the pipeline appears on the pipeline cross-section about 4 m in front of the working face.The obtained vibration velocity prediction model of buried oil pipelines can provide important reference for the protection of the neighboring buried oil pipelines in engineering blasting construction.
