就业育人是实现大学生高质量充分就业目标的关键举措。大学生群体坚定不移听党话、跟党走,把对祖国血浓于水、与人民同呼吸共命运的情感贯穿于学业全过程、融汇在事业追求中,努力成长为堪当民族复兴重任的时代新人,是就业育人的核心要义。应从“为党育人,为国育才”“立德树人”“三全育人”三个维度明确就业育人的使命任务,从目标、内涵、过程三个方面阐释生涯教育推进就业育人工作的内在逻辑,探索构建以生涯教育为抓手的贯通式、全领域、多要素的就业育人体系,以高质量就业育人成效促进大学生高质量充分就业。

Employment education plays a pivotal role in realizing the objective of achieving high-quality full employment among university students.It is essential for students to steadfastly follow the guidance of the CPC,align with its direction,and infuse the values of patriotism and shared destiny into their academic pursuits and career ambitions,so as to grow into a new generation capable of embracing the significant responsibilities of national rejuvenation.The mission of employment education should be clearly delineated across three dimensions:“cultivating talent for the Party and the State”,“foster virtue through education”,and“three all-round education”.This research delves into the inherent logic behind advancing employment education through career education,focusing on goals,content,and processes,and seeks to develop an integrated,comprehensive,and multi-faceted employment-education system with career education at its core.It aims to enhance the efficacy of high-quality employment education and facilitate the full employment for university students.
