摘要
研究炭黑的比表面积、结构和分散状态对硫化胶补强指数[300%定伸应力与100%定伸应力比(M300/M100)]的影响。结果表明:相同结构炭黑的比表面积越大,其填充硫化胶的M300/M100越大;相同比表面积炭黑的结构越低,其填充硫化胶的M300/M100越大;同一炭黑,分散越好,其填充硫化胶的M300/M100越大;当使用M300/M100考核炭黑-橡胶相互作用时,必须在炭黑具有相同的比表面积、结构和分散状态的前提下进行;炭黑填充硫化胶虽然可用反相气相色谱和结合胶含量来表征炭黑-橡胶的相互作用,但M300/M100简单易得,可在有限条件下使用。
The influences of specific surface area,structure and dispersion level of carbon black on the reinforcing index[the ratio of tensile stress at 300%elongation to tensile stress at 100%elongation(M300/M100)]of the vulcanizates filled with carbon black were studied.The results showed that,the larger the specific surface area of carbon black with the same structure was,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanizate filled with carbon black was;the lower the structure of carbon black with the same specific surface area was,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanizate filled with carbon black was;the better the dispersion level of the same carbon black was,the larger the M300/M100 of the vulcanizate filled with carbon black was.When using M300/M100 to evaluate the carbon black-rubber interaction,it must be ensured that carbon black has the same specific surface area,structure and dispersion level.Although the carbon black-rubber interaction could be characterized by inverse gas chromatography and bound rubber content,M300/M100 was simple and easy to obtain and could be used under limited conditions.
