摘要
针对光电转台方位旋转角度0~±180°的使用要求,设计了一种机械限位。据此建立了有限元仿真模型,并通过实物试验验证了机械限位有限元仿真模型的有效性。结合仿真结果与试验,优化了转台控制程序,改进提升了机械限位的结构,拓展了应用场景。此限位具有结构简单且成本低等优点。
A mechanical displacement limit is designed to meet the usage requirements of the electro-optical turntables with an azimuth rotational angle of 0~±180°.Based on the structure,a finite element simulation model is established,and the effectiveness of the mechanical limit finite element simulation model is verified through physi⁃cal experiments.Combining with the simulation results and experiments,the turntable control program is optimized,and the structure of the displacement limit is improved and enhanced.And the application scenarios are expanded.The displacement limit has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
