摘要
以机载电子设备机箱设计为载体,通过规范机箱设计要求、分析机箱设计要点、整合机箱设计流程、优化机箱零件的结构设计以及统一机箱附件选型等,有效缩短设计周期并提高产品质量,降低设计和维护成本,实现从经验式设计到可预测设计的转变,提高机载电子设备机箱的“三化”水平,为机载电子设备机箱“三化”设计提供借鉴。
Taking the airborne electronic equipment chassis as a carrier,based on specification chassis design requirements,analyzing the design points,integrating chassis design processes,optimizing the structural design of the chassis parts and the selection of unified chassis accessories,the design cycle is shorten and the product quali⁃ty is improved effectively.So the costs of design and maintenance are reduced to realize the transformation from empirical design to predictive design,and the three modernizations level of the airborne electronic equipment chas⁃sis is improved,which provides references for the three modernizations design of the airborne electronic equipment chassis.
