高职学生学习投入对就业信心影响机制——以专业认同感为中介

摘要 高职学生的学习投入与专业认同感、就业信心具有重要的联系。研究了专业认同感在高职学生学习投入与就业信心之间的中介影响路径和机制。结果显示,专业认同感存在显著的中介效应,而且在女生和毕业班学生中起到完全中介的作用。因此,高职院校要加强专业认同方面的教育,从而提高学生的就业信心。 Important connection exists between vocational college students’learning engagement,specialty identity and employment confidence.The mediation path and mechanism of specialty identity were explored in the relationships between learning engagement and employment confidence.It was found that significant mediation effect exists,and full mediation shows among female students and students-to-graduate.Therefore,vocational colleges should strengthen the education of specialty identity so as to improve students’employment confidence.
