肠道菌群平衡与相关疾病研究的进展

Research Progress of Intestinal Flora Balance and Clinical Related Diseases

人体肠道菌群被认为是人体的“被遗忘器官”。近年来,“肠道与其他器官轴”概念的建立和完善备受关注,肠道微生态的研究快速发展,越来越多的实验结果证实,肠道菌群平衡的改变与肝细胞癌、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、2型糖尿病、缺血性脑卒中等临床相关疾病的发生和发展有一定关联,并可通过调节肠道菌群平衡、重塑菌群稳态来治疗或延缓疾病进程。此外,肠道菌群在疾病诊断方面具有无创、高效和准确等优势。因此,我们将对肠道菌群平衡与其他临床疾病的发展进行系统回顾。

The human gut flora is considered to be the“forgotten organ”of the human body.In recent years,the establishment and improvement of the concept of“intestinal and other organ axis”has attracted much attention.With the rapid development of intestinal microecology research,more and more experimental results have confirmed that changes in intestinal flora balance are associated with the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,type 2 diabetes,ischemic stroke and other clinical related diseases,and can treat or delay the disease process by regulating intestinal flora balance and remodeling microbial homeostasis.In addition,intestinal flora has the advantages of non-invasive,efficient and accurate disease diagnosis.Therefore,we will conduct a systematic review of intestinal microbiota balance and the development of other clinical diseases.
