摘要
碳代谢和氮代谢是谷类作物中最基本的两大代谢过程,两者相互作用共同决定着谷类作物的产量与品质。本文以水稻、小麦和玉米为代表介绍了近十年来谷类作物中碳氮互作机制的研究进展,分析了谷类作物中碳代谢和氮代谢可能存在的互作关系,同时阐述了碳氮比、α-酮戊二酸、转运蛋白和转录因子等关键因素在碳氮代谢互作中的作用,并展望了未来谷类作物在碳氮互作领域方面的主要研究方向,以期为通过碳氮调节、碳氮代谢平衡提高谷类作物产量和品质的研究提供参考。
Carbon metabolism and nitrogen metabolism are fundamental processes in cereal crops,collectively determining the yield and quality of the crops.This article reviews the recent research progress on the carbon-nitrogen interaction mechanism in cereal crops,focusing on rice,wheat,and maize.The analysis explores the potential interactions between carbon metabolism and nitrogen metabolism in cereal crops,highlighting the roles of key factors such as carbon-nitrogen ratio,a-ketoglutaric acid,transporter proteins,and transcription factors in mediating the interplay between carbon and nitrogen metabolism.Additionally,it outlines future research directions in understanding carbon-nitrogen interactions in cereal crops,with the goal of guiding efforts to enhance crop yield and quality through the regulation and balance of carbon and nitrogen.
